Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing and optimizing the utilization of corporate real estate assets.
  • Support the development of strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand space utilization needs and provide recommendations.
  • Participate in lease administration, including document management and compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with facility management team to Identify, communicate, and implement process change opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating facility improvement projects and renovations.
  • Support the implementation of sustainable practices to enhance the environmental efficiency of our facilities.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Works cross functionally with all members of the Facilities team on information gathering, updating real estate asset databases, and providing assistance to ensure completion of objectives.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures and internal controls, and meet all job-specific requirements in a timely fashion


Qualifications

Education/Training:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate / facility management concepts is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
