The Judge Group is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to craft compelling communications, foster a connected culture, and support tradeshow and conference attendance. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, the person in this position will play a key role in authoring, editing, and scheduling internal messaging, planning employee engagement and philanthropic campaigns, and supporting the organization's ESG goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
40% Content Development and Distribution
* Develop and create engaging content for various internal communication channels, including but not limited to email, video, Viva Engage, and PowerPoint presentations.
* Proof and edit communications for accuracy and clarity.
* Ensure communications are consistent in messaging, meet branding requirements, and align with company values and goals.
* Manage content calendar to recommend, schedule, and track send dates, ensuring that communications are timely and relevant.
* Provide ongoing creative ideas that are forward-looking and innovative.
40% Conference and Tradeshow Planning
* Attend planning meetings to support project management of conference and tradeshow attendance.
* Coordinate logistics for each event, including booth design, promotional items, and shipping of necessary materials.
* Stay up to date with current trends and emerging opportunities.
* Conduct post-event meetings to measure ROI and identify areas of improvement for future events.
20% Foster Culture and Support ESG Initiatives
* Assist in ideating, planning, and executing employee-focused engagement campaigns.
* Partner closely with DE&I council to drive sustainability initiatives.
* Other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
* College degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
* 1-3 years of proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role.
* Exceptional business writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and demonstrated ability to write in a deadline-driven manner.
* Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* PC proficiency required; exceptional proficiency needed for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
