Accounts Payable Associate

Join a local company as a contract Senior Accounts Payable Associate, providing essential support during a medical leave. Utilize your Accounts Payable skills to assist the company in meeting its business needs while ensuring support for employees. As a Senior Accounts Payable Associate, your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining financial processes and supporting the team.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payments efficiently.
• Provide support through the AP Helpdesk.
• Ensure vendor compliance and handle tax reporting.
• Manage employee expense reporting.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience.
• A degree in accounting, finance, or related fields. 
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent 10-key, data entry, and typing skills.

 

Position Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Competitive pay: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour Based on Experience
