THE ~POURRI PRODUCTS In 2021, Poo~Pourri busted out of the bathroom as ~Pourri: purveyor of natural odor eliminators to make life, home and body smell wayyy better. Our new and ever-expanding product portfolio furthers our mission to bring levity to a world weighed down by toxic odors, stigmas and ingredients. THE ~JOB THE ~RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures supply chain related master data is maintained timely and correctly. Responsible for stock levels and inventory planning. Addressing customer backorders, moving inventory as required. Owns customer service metrics and ensures high level of customer service satisfaction from a supply chain perspective. Manages all locations including inventory leveling and logistics/truck building analysis to optimize existing inventories for all customers. Performs day to day supply analysis, exception message analysis, backorder analysis, forecast variance analysis for key products for all locations. *This is approx. 36% of your time* Direct, organize, lead and schedule activities for the warehouses including establishing sequence and lead time of each production operation to meet customer requirements and report back to teams. Oversee the generation of work orders and production schedules for the movement of inventory through the production process. Investigate production control issues, analyze root causes, and derive solutions. Ensure production related master data is maintained timely and correctly. Initiate and coordinate inventory and production control improvement activities. *This is approx. where you will 28% of your time* Effectively communicate with purchasing, forecasting, production, sales, production, marketing, shipping/receiving, 3pl warehouses, and inventory control from all warehouse locations utilizing reports to gather and streamline information to assist in making logistical business decisions. *This is approx. where you will 17% of your time* Review product stock levels, safety stock, and forecasting. Ensure master file data is maintained correctly and timely. Ability to deep dive into a root-cause by analyzing sales trends, forecasting and changes, inventory turns, inventory control and warehouse capacity. Utilize Lean principles to assist in establishing new processes as needed to ensure orders are fulfilled timely and efficiently. *This is approx. where you will 14% of your time* Identifies opportunities for improved inventory turns. Performs detailed data analysis for inventory optimization and presents data in reports management and team. Works within the Forecasting and Inventory Optimization tools software (valogix, netsuite, excel etc.). *This is approx. where you will 5% of your time* THE ~QUALIFICATIONS * Preferred Undergraduate degree in business management, supply chain or mathematics equivalent combination of education and experience. * Preferred required experience of 5 years in demand planning and inventory or supply chain planning and scheduling. * Experience in Netsuite or comparable ERP system. * Experience using and interacting with valogix inventory planning and forecasting system. * Required to have advanced designing, reporting, and data analytic skills. * Required to have highly advanced Microsoft Excel experience with lookups, pivots, macro work, querying. * Critical Thinking and Statistical Skills * Analysis: Ability to analyze and collect data and make sound business decisions. * Teamwork: Proactively and effectively communicate updates to key stakeholders and executives.
