Conduct analyses utilizing complex data, visualization, artificial intelligence, and statistical applications and techniques. Note: This position can be hired at multiple levels. We will assess applicants based on their skills and years of relevant experience.

Due to work requirements, candidates must be located within 30 miles of Milwaukee, WI. This position will be predominantly onsite in our Milwaukee, WI office.

As a Data Analytics Consultant you will:

• Conduct analyses utilizing complex data, visualization, artificial intelligence, and statistical applications and techniques across a broad range of subject areas including sales, marketing, product, customer, and digital and non-digital channels.

• Design and fulfill multi-channel campaigns and programs in partnership with marketing and sales. Develop and recommend test designs and measurement plans to maximize effectiveness and learning. Advocate for test and learn approach with an emphasis on financial performance.
• Perform sales and marketing effectiveness analyses. Provide regular communication of results, insights, and recommendations. Assist with sales and marketing strategy development.
• Support analytic solutions and statistical models which monitor and assess customer, competition, and market patterns and trends. Utilize insights to inform planning, forecasting, analyses, and strategic decision-making. Leverage both internal and external data, including competitive intelligence, third-party data, and market research.
• Provide analytics required for sales and marketing goal setting. Help facilitate goal-setting processes in partnership with sales and marketing leadership. Identify and implement performance benchmarks informed by competitive data and third-party applications.
• Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations in non-technical terms to internal partners across the company.
• Help improve data analytics team capabilities utilizing data, analytics, visualization, and marketing applications.
• Maintain collaborative, consultative relationships with internal partners and third-party consultants.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Economics, Marketing, Business, or Finance. Required.

Experience

• Less than 2 years Data analytics, data science, database marketing, and market research. Required
• 4-7 years Data analytics, data science, database marketing, or market research. Preferred.
