Position: Senior Coordinator
Department: Walton Personal Philanthropy Group
Reporting to: Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO)
Location:Bentonville, AR

Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, initiative-taking, and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Senior Coordinator. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to support the efforts of the executive leadership team.

About the Position
You will join a top-notch team, providing high-level executive and administrative support to the to Walton Family Members, the Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO), and the WPPG leadership team. and other members of the WPPG leadership team.

What you will do

This position will coordinate day-to-day activities, manage administrative needs, and ensure timely flow of information among our team and with our external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Organize internal and external meetings, including notifying attendees, reserving conference rooms, managing logistics, drafting, and distributing agendas, and taking minutes as needed.
- Design and implement a system for timely and accurate information flow to and from team members.
- Coordinate the Family Members' and leadership team scheduling, domestic and international travel, and other administrative needs.
- Track, monitor and follow-up on action items that stem from the CPO; work closely with members of the executive team to receive regular updates on outstanding items.
- Manage key relationships on behalf of the CPO, assist in relationship building - both internally and externally - by maintaining regular communication and timely follow up.
- Plan and help prepare the CPO's timely internal communications and external correspondence.
- Coordinate the preparation of briefing materials for meetings and events
- Coordinate distribution of tickets to events.
- Provide superior customer service; be proactive in anticipating needs and provide accurate, timely resolution of issues when they arise.
- Other duties as requested to meet department and organizational needs.

They must exercise critical thinking and good judgment in a variety of situations, learn fast and apply excellent administrative and time management skills. They must be willing to roll up their sleeves and "do" in addition to working collaboratively with others.

Qualifications required for your success
- 10+ years' experience providing direct senior-level executive assistance and administrative support
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated competence with managing executive schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.
- Superb professionalism and diplomacy; ability to interact with high-level individuals internally and externally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a number of projects.
- On occasion, ability to work a longer day, as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 1-2 times per year for 2-3 days, as needed.
- Strong skills with email and Word. Familiarity with spreadsheets. Knowledge of Google tools a plus.
