Boston Hill Advisors is an independent, fee-only Wealth Management business located in North Andover. We presently manage over $1 billion in assets for individuals, families, charities and small businesses. We specialize in financial planning, wealth management, and investment solutions and have been in business for 16 years.

What You'll Do

You will support two financial advisors and provide financial planning and client service support.
Support and Administration (approximately 20% of time)

  • Review client meeting notes, assign tasks to CRM software, and follow up.
  • Monitor and complete tasks, manage client open items, and follow up with the internal team, clients, attorneys, and accountants.
  • Complete and submit external account paperwork.
  • Help coordinate events and seminars.
  • Office administration and support.

Financial Planning and Client Meeting Preparation (approximately 80% of time)

  • Organize and enter data into the financial planning system or customized spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Proof data to ensure accuracy.
  • Update and print financial plans, help in performance investment analysis, and customize spreadsheets for client review meetings.
  • Coordinate the gathering of data from clients, attorneys, accountants and other professionals.
  • Coordinate the preparation of client reviews.
  • Assist in meeting logistics.
  • Back up client service and provide office support as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Morningstar Advisor experience
