ELS is hiring for the position of Line Cook in Marblehead, Ohio.Pay Rage: $20 - $25 per hour
We are looking to add an experienced cook to work with a highly motivated and energetic kitchen staff. As a cook you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, efficient environment and cook delicious meals. Responsibilities
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary mise en place
- Prep station as needed for service
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff to the exact specifications given
- Break down station, clean equipment and end of night mise en place inventory
- Rotate station mise en place
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
