Maintenance Personnel
Berlin Grande Hotel is currently seeking full-time Maintenance Personnel in Berlin, Ohio. In this role, you will be expected to perform general guest room maintenance. You will assist with the hotel’s preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public spaces, exterior, and major mechanical equipment as well as assist with renovation projects, capital improvement projects, and other special projects as assigned. General maintenance work will include light carpentry, tiling, painting, and wall surface repairs.
Pay: $18-$28/hour, offer based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with the occasional weekends.
Requirements:
- Prior maintenance experience
- The ability to lift up to 60lbs
