A brand new opportunity has just been presented in Northern Arizona for the experienced Nursing Director Women's and Children's Services! The team at this regional medical center is actively seeking an energetic, progressive nurse leader who is prepared to lead and advise a group of seasoned Maternal Child Health nurses.

Working in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer CNO, the Nursing Director of Women's and Children's Services will provide leadership and support to the team of RNs, Techs, CNAs, Secretaries, Nurse Manager, and Charge Nurses. The Nurse Director Maternal Child Health will manage and direct operations for the 20-bed unit with 2 OB Operating Rooms. Areas of oversight will include couplet care/GYN, LDRP, Perinatal Triage, and Obstetrical OR. The Nursing Director will focus their efforts on team building, heading up quality and performance improvement projects, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree, Master's Degree highly preferred, Active Arizona (Compact) State RN Licensure, and 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Women's and Infants Services.
