Route/Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a dependable shuttle/route driver. As a driver, you will pick up and deliver customer orders, shuttle orders to our 5 locations and service commercial accounts. You will also have other customer service and vehicle responsibilities when you return back to the shop.

Responsibilities:

• Drive to customers locations for pick up and delivery
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide information about our services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of garment care and services
• Maintain your workspace and the other housekeeping duties

• Clean driving record
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with others or alone
