Internal Medicine Pediatric office looking to hire an enthusiastic, driven, experienced Medical Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

Hours 7 am- 5pm Mon- Thursday, Friday 8 am to 12pm (work one half Saturday a month)
Oversee and support all administrative duties
Manage inventory
Assist in development of office protocol and procedures, office layout, IT infrastructure
Assist in billing, front office and back office operations
Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency of the office
Maintain office schedules.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or medicine related field
2-5 years of work experience in administrative or office manage role
Detail oriented
Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
Take initiative
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to multi task and wear different hats in the office
Strong problem solving skills
Have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
