Toddler Teacher

Lil' Kidz Childcare is an independently owned and operated local business. The owners are always engaged in the day-to-day operations of the schools to ensure they are operating in the children’s best interest. Lil Kidz is currently hiring teachers for aToddler Teacher. We are currently adding kids at a rate where more teachers are needed. We are looking for applicants who are ready to educate and nurture the children in their care.

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Ensure the health and safety of the children.
• Change/feed the children .
• Entertain/educate the children by interacting/reading with them.
• Communication with parents.
• Being responsible for running the bright wheels app for your room.
• Communication between management and other teachers.
• Taking direction from management staff.
• Following the schedule of your classroom.

Qualifications for the position:

• Should be 18 years or older
• CPR/ First Aid Certified or able to obtain within 60 days of hire date
• Consistent hours of availability
• 1 year prior childcare experience a plus
• Pass a background check-
• Must meet the guidelines with the DHHS for continuing education credits
