What we need from you:
Experience - You have 2+ years of Account Manager experience in the insurance industry, Brokerage experience is a plus.
Licensed - You currently have your Property & Casualty License
Knowledge - You have strong technical insurance knowledge including coverage and product knowledge with a strong understanding of agency functions and procedures
Comprehensive Knowledge - You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Software - You are proficient with AppliedEpic, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other database management systems
Responsibilities:
Provide effective and professional service and insurance needs to clients and producers
Discover new business opportunities by conducting outside sales
Thoroughly review insurance applications
Support current clients and generate future business
Compile data on insurance policy changes and records
Coordinate and oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals, and finalize sales
Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
