Installation Laborer

Busy Bee Septic and Excavating is a small family-owned business that delivers huge results when it comes to serving our customers! We help people in need. We take pride in our quality of work and our responsiveness to emergency situations when it comes to all septic, sewer, and drain problems!

As an Installation Laborer, you will be responsible for helping deliver the same great results we are known for. While we train you at this entry level position, we will give you the tools and skills, to set you up for success in a very rewarding and lucrative career within the trades industry! You will get to experience new challenges daily and put problem solving skills to the test! You will assist our current team to crush daily goals, leaving you feeling accomplished as a positive contribution to our team!

What winning looks like:

· Morning get-togethers to go over the current day’s jobs.

· Prepping trucks and excavation equipment.

· Stocking truck(s) with inventory daily.

· Keeping trucks, machines, and tools clean.

· Working with senior team members to learn operations and installation of septic systems and sewer lines.

· Assisting with vacuum truck operations as well as drain cleaning equipment.

· Performing physical duties involved with dirt work such as shoveling, raking, lifting of materials, etc.

Skills needed to win:

· Must be able to work physically and are not afraid to get dirty! (Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.)

· Hungry- the ideal candidate will have an exceptional need to learn and want to continually push past their comfort zone to excel, succeed, and better themselves and the team daily. Just “OK” is not the norm here.

· Humble- Must be able to take constructive criticism from team members and interact with grace.

· Must have reliable transportation and a clean driver’s license.

· Consistently show up to work on time, ready to begin the day.

· Work in a team environment and independently as needed.

· Previous excavating or landscaping experience is a plus!
