Prepare desserts, and salads daily to be served on the buffet
Stock the counter with plates, forks, spoons, napkins, dessert dishes, carry out plates, mess kits, etc. as needed
Fill the buffet from warmers and coolers in the kitchen (EX: bbq pork, fried chicken, rice, hash, green beans, etc. as needed
Rotate the buffet pans as needed to keep them clean
Clean the buffet line (per DHEC regulations) at all times
Take and make "TO GO" orders as customers arrive (PRIORITY WHILE WE ARE OPEN)
Sweep the floor behind the line and dining room as needed.
Answer telephone and take call in orders as needed.
