We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Operations Specialist to join an incredible organization. This is a full-time opportunity with 1 remote day per week in Atlanta, GA.

Role Overview:

The Visual Merchandising Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in the execution and operational success of visual merchandising strategies. This specialist is responsible for the timely rollout and scheduling of visual initiatives, tracking the progress of projects, and managing the Purchase Order (PO) tracker for designated areas. Acting as a key liaison with Finance Specialists, the role ensures visual presentations are cohesive, consistent, and engaging, achieving both timing and financial objectives for specific projects, businesses, or spaces. The role demands effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure a comprehensive approach to all visual merchandising endeavors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may substitute for education at a rate of two years of experience

- 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, merchandising, brand management, marketing, store operations, or a similar field.

- Experience in account management is preferred.

- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and maintains composure under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee the prototype and fixture review process, ensuring thorough documentation for cataloging purposes.

- Maintain the Visual Standards Guide (VSG) for easy access and reference by store associates, collaborating with various departments such as Merchandising, HR, Store Operations, and Marketing.

- Work closely with the Finance team to meet financial goals by forecasting needs, preparing budgets, scheduling expenses, and analyzing variances.

- Provide regular updates and communications to cross-functional teams regarding project statuses and future initiatives.

- Manage personal expenses, ensuring proper coding and adherence to SOP guidelines.

- Create and communicate executable project timelines to the Senior Director of Visual Merchandising.

- Update and document store projects as part of the CPAR Process, collaborating with the Store Project Budget & Planning Manager.

- Handle invoice management and budget compliance for all assigned store projects.

Execution and Field Partnerships:

- Serve as the primary contact between Visual Merchandising and Execution Teams, coordinating project rollout schedules and considering larger project scopes.

- Advise on project prioritization and adjustments in collaboration with Visual Merchandising Managers.

- Facilitate feedback loops with the Execution team to ensure consistent implementation of visual initiatives across all stores.

- Support store-level inquiries related to visual standards and act as a key member of the Store Care to Share Committee.

- Manage inventory allocations and material transfers for visual initiative rollouts, ensuring efficient distribution and systematic inventory updates
