Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls from potential clients interested in our car shipping services, providing them with accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Sales: Actively persuade potential clients to utilize our services, highlighting our strengths, value, and commitment to quality.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through our website, ensuring that potential clients receive timely and accurate information. Leads are provided, and there are hundreds to thousands of them daily.
  • B2B Collaboration: While the position is primarily B2C-focused, be prepared to engage with business clients and manage their logistics needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside other brokers and teams to ensure smooth operations and coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.

Other considerations:

  • Paid training for two months at $20 an hour.
    • After training earnings are performance based (base + commission + bonuses) with guaranteed minimum paychecks. We use a recoverable draw model and there are no caps on income. If commission would exceed hourly pay during training we switch early so the employee always benefits.
  • Shifts rotate between 8a-5p, 9a-6p, and 1p-10p. The later shift may be worked from home, and is generally only one day a week.
  • Top performers each month earn the option to work from home 4 days a week.
  • Weekend shifts are on a rotational basis.
  • Office dress code is business casual or smart casual.
  • All offers of employment are contingent upon the completion and passing of a criminal background check, drug test, and/or a general reference check.
