Job Summary: As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the repair and maintenance of our equipment and machinery. From performing routine maintenance to diagnosing breakdowns, you'll be at the forefront of keeping our operations running smoothly.

Job Duties:

• Perform basic routine maintenance on plant equipment, utilizing preventative techniques.
• Diagnose and repair breakdowns related to machinery, utility services, and building structures.
• Specify necessary tools, parts, and surplus stock to minimize operational downtime.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to repair and maintain machinery according to specifications.
• Complete all necessary documents accurately and adhere to 5S standards for cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned

Experience and Education:

• 0 to 2 years of experience, including experience driving powered industrial equipment.
• Powered industrial equipment certification preferred.
• Ability to handle basic issues and problems, with a beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.

Skills/Physical Requirements:

• Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and ability to lift/move heavy objects.
• Physical stamina and ability to work as part of a team.
