Graphic Design Manager

Jasco is looking for a Graphic Design Manager that develops and executes a wide range of design projects, ensuring assignments meet established standards and deadlines. Leads teams of graphic designers in support of strategic goals of the Company. Lead and supervise the assigned graphic design team(s). Participate in designing and redesigning packaging design, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication. Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the project. Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the Company. Delegate and assign job responsibilities to Graphic Design team and oversee that quality work is being completed within the determined deadline(s). Organize, review and manage all relevant dashboards including product packaging dashboard and project requests dashboard. Manage the work flow and work assignments across direct reports to ensure timely completion of all promised design dates Point of contact for internal customers and external vendors and suppliers. Oversee that new techniques and procedures are used in designs. Suggest new ways of improving quality of designs and other project issues. Assist team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images and other visual elements to adapt them according to the objectives of the project. Evaluate process flows and work with upper management to determine most efficient ways of working to achieve objectives in a changing environment. Work in collaboration with colleagues across all departments. Train and mentor graphic designers and new team members. Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific targets. Other related duties as required. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in the area of graphic design or related field is required. A minimum of 5 to 7 years as a Graphic Designer. Supervisory experience is a plus. Knowledge of artwork, graphic design and production, printers, consumer electronics products, and photography. Skills in Apple Macintosh computers, and graphic design. Excellent creative and innovative skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building capacity internal clients and team at different levels of the organization.
