Must successfully complete Smashburger training program -Must be 16 years old -Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time & to move and lift boxes of food/supplies up to 25 lbs. -Show up on time to work variable hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays -Adhere to Smashburger uniform policy -Must successfully complete Smashburger training program -Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by Smashburger, local, state, and federal employment regulations -Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents; Smashburger participates in E-Verify
