Production Facility Maintenance

Position – Production Facilities Maintenance

Job Location – Cadott, WI

Starting Dates – Immediately

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7am – 3pm with occasional weekend hours required)

Starting Pay – $25.50 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED required

Required Experience – 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production facility required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Follow safety policies and procedures and report any unsafe conditions.

• Assemble and install new production equipment, make mechanical repairs, and perform electrical repairs.

• Complete and direct preventative maintenance tasks.

• Supervise and direct work of maintenance assistant.

• Comprehend diagrams as they relate to electrical and mechanical requirements.

• Make sound problem-solving decisions.

• Create positive work environment with coworkers.

• Organize maintenance parts and supplies.

• Organize and maintain Maintenance work stations.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years production floor maintenance facility experience.

• Solid technical/mechanical aptitude.

• Experience with and familiarity of PLC and HMI is a plus.

• Experience with 3-phase electrical components.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift throughout an 8-hour period.

• Basic computer knowledge will be helpful.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

• Position requires ability to become fork lift certified.
