Customer Service Representative

Pond King is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for helping our customers by answering phones, providing information about our product and service, fulfilling online orders, and coordinating boat and dock deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and direct calls as necessary
• Provide information about Pond King's products and services to customers
• Process online orders from a variety of channels
• Assist customers in our store as necessary
• Record and update customer records based on interactions
• Coordinate boat and dock deliveries and dock installations
• Other office duties as necessary

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Self-start with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
