-Must have PCA training, 2-step TB, CPR, and  Medical Clearance within 4 days of hire date.  
-Earn $250 bonus after working 500 hours
-Must work 500 hours within four (4) months of hire to be eligible. Average at least 31.25 hours per week
-Must be able to start work within four (4) days of hire
