Specialist: Paralegal (Remote with paid sick leave and matching 401k plan)

We are looking for a paralegal specialist who will be responsible for drafting, redline review, and negotiation of complex Indirect Procurement Contracts, review contract intake forms, participate in and lead Supplier negotiation calls and Collaborate with Indirect Procurement category owners to meet contracting needs etc. Qualifications: Education Minimum Requirement: B.S./B.A. degree with 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or related fields. Experience and Skills*/ *experience with one or more items on the list is essential/**most highly desired skills: Experience with contracting in a pharma environment. Experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts such as Master Service Agreements, Software as a Service Agreement, Statements of Work, Project Agreements, Order Forms, Amendments, Confidential Disclosure Agreements and Termination Letters Extensive experience using track changes to redline documents. Extensive experience with MS Office Applications is required.
