I'm currently recruiting for several Warehouse Team Leaders to join a very successful business in Ashton-under-Lyne. My client is a very well-established provider of office equipment and has been trading for over 130 years! **Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of operatives to deliver excellent service to customers

* Look after the KPIs

* Coaching new staff

* Appraisal processes

* Manage absences and resolve performance issues

* Distribute tasks across the team

* Plan and arrange movement of internal resourcing

* Identify ways of improving processes to increase production and reduce costs

* Support project work

**Key Requirements:**

* Good communication skills

* Experienced in working within a warehouse setting

* Experience with leading a small team
