A client in New Orleans is looking to bring on a RN Supervisor to their team! This person will need knowledge in the principles and practices of supervision, current principles, techniques, equipment, and methods of modern nursing, Hospital and ambulatory care protocols and policies. They will be managing clinic flow, assisting with planning, developing and implementing policies and procedures for nursing and other clinical services, supervises staff on clinic floor, monitors work, oversees interviews, hires and orients nurses, evaluates staff performance and coordinates educational opportunities for clinical support staff.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an RN or ADN in a hospital-based in Ambulatory Care Health Clinic (Outpatient)
- Minimum 3 years Supervisor experience
- Experience working in the Medical Field in Louisiana
- Associates Degree in Nursing Or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- License Required: Candidates must possess and maintain throughout the duration of employment: a current, valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse License issued by the Louisiana Board of Registered Nursing
