**Description**

Possess good judgment, a mature manner and ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information. Is able to clearly communicate with residents.

**DUTIES:**

* Performs Front Desk and Receptionist functions.

* Perform concierge tasks as outlined in the Resident Concierge Services.

* Manage services so that tasks are performed in a timely and orderly manner.

* Coordinates with the driver for all shopping and mailing requests.

* Other duties, functions and responsibilities may be assigned to the position as appropriate and necessary.

* Outdated job description does not relieve an employee of his/her responsibility to perform the full scope of the duties, functions and responsibilities of his/her position as requested or assigned.

**OTHER:**

* Complete 8-hours of mandatory in-service per calendar year.

* Perform other tasks as assigned.
