FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS - 8 HOURS SHIFTS
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner And Physician Assitant to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatment modalities based on established protocols and guidelines.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
• Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all interactions and interventions.
• Stay abreast of current medical literature, guidelines, and best practices to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant Studies (Physician Assistant).
• Current and unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in performing thorough physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Ability to work independently, make sound clinical judgments, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in documenting patient information accurately.
• Understanding of and adherence to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and legal requirements.
