Accounting Manager

We have numerous luxury custom homes in various stages of design and construction located throughout the Park City area. We also have an Interior Design Division and a Software Development Division.

We are actively hiring for a Senior Accountant/ Accounting Manager position. This is a full-time position and will be hybrid. Our office is located in Park City. There is tremendous growth opportunity at our firm for future leadership positions and a path to executive management over the next 3-5 years.

Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager Job Duties

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll

- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits

- Maintain a strong internal control environment

- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting

- Proven experience as an Accountant

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex financial data

- Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes

- Knowledge of corporate accounting regulations and compliance requirements
