About the Role:

Join us in a vital role as Supervisor at our 7-bed Adult Mental Health Residential Center in Seward, Alaska. This position is ideal for a Master's level clinician or licensed nurse with a deep commitment to mental health care. Our facility focuses on individuals with severe mental illnesses, often accompanied by substance use disorders. We are looking for someone with a strong background in supervision to lead our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the residential center's daily operations.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of mental health professionals and support staff.
  • Managing the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensuring the highest quality of care and strict adherence to treatment protocols.
  • Resolving conflicts and handling crises effectively.
