Responsibilities
- Implement product design, product components, and compatible combinations of product components utilizing proven engineering methods to achieve cost targets and desired machine utility.
- Prepare 3-D CAD configuration models and drawings organizing arrangement and relationship of key components.
- Establish liaison with production team to ensure product documentation is accurate and adequate for efficient assembly.
- Interface with Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Inventory Analyst and Production Planning to determine design change requirements.
- Generate Engineering Change Notices.
- B.S.M.E. or similar degree (preferred) with 4+ years of experience
- Proficient with 3-D CAD and large assemblies (SolidWorks required)
- Experience creating 2-D detailed drawings for manufacturing in SolidWorks
- Experience with SAP desired but not required
- Rotating Machinery design experience preferred
- Experience with piping, tubing, wiring (conduit) design
- Experience with welded frames, bracketry, and piping design
- At minimum must be a lawful Permanent Resident of the US, as this role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
- This position works in our facility in Sidney, OH and not remote of hybrid
- Must be a lawful Permanent Resident and local to the area
Solid in the areas of:

- Proven in design of piping, tubing, wiring (conduit), welded frames, bracketry
