This is a contract position with The Friedkin Group. This contract position is expected to be 12 months in duration.
JOB SUMMARY
The Organizational Change Lead will work collaboratively with the Trailblazer project teams, organizational development, business unit stakeholders and assigned implementation resources to lead strategic change management and learning activities related to The Friedkin Group's (TFG) AI and digital transformation (Project Trailblazer).
Essential Functions
- Develop and lead overall change management strategy applying a structured methodology, in partnership with TFG Organization Development team, Project Trailblazer leadership and business leaders, including overall communications, upskilling, and training strategy through the project lifecycle.
- Support business unit HR resources in the design and execution of the change management strategy for business-led Trailblazer projects.
- Assist in development, consult, and provide guidance on OCM strategy documents, based on TFG culture and communication best practices.
- Identify stakeholders and lead effective stakeholder engagement activities that are targeted at overcoming resistance and supporting their goals.
- Develop and provide input on organizational communications, ensuring execution of deliverables in line with the project timeline.
- Guide the formation of the Change Agent Network and provide ongoing leadership and facilitation of regular change agent meetings.
- Design upskilling and learning strategy and solutions to equip associates with the skills to support the evolution to a data driven, digitally enabled and innovative mindset.
- Guide, review and approve all training curricula and materials, in partnership with internal and external training resources.
- Monitor upskilling program effectiveness and develop recommendations to ensure targeted impact is achieved.
- Lead the implementation and development of an effective training logistics program, e.g., associate course assignment, scheduling, LMS/invitations, classroom setup.
- Change advocacy coaching: guide leaders on messaging approaches to build positive attitude towards the transformation and overcome resistance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with change management for broad organizational or digital transformations desired.
- Requires familiarity and experience with organizational change management methodologies.
- Requires strong ability to communicate and influence at all levels.

Certification in Change Management preferred (PROSCI, etc)
