  • Foster and maintain a service mentality within the team, balancing the internal client's needs with standards and overall business goals.

  • Supports real estate leader to develop multiyear office operations and workplace experience strategy and goals.

  • Oversee and deliver real estate solutions, office operations, facilities services, policies and best practices that provides for a safe, engaging, productive, and sustainable work environment.

  • Directs team and service providers in executing the real estate and office strategic and tactical goals with objective of improving revenue, maximizing operating efficiencies, and promoting the highest and best use of assets.

  • Lead, recruit and manage a global office management team focused on providing facilities and operations support to the region as well as a consistent workplace experience.

  • Provides guidance on all matters related to office operations.

  • Develops relationships with Department heads using collaborative, cross-functional, strategic relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of enterprise-level goals.

  • Helps develop and is accountable to the office operations plan, budgeting, finance, and corporate activities.

  • Leads the development of capital plans, budget plans, and forecasts, including cost efficiency efforts in partnership with finance groups and vendors.

  • Promotes continuous improvement by championing good processes, methodology, technology and training. Leads the implementation of lean processes and best practices within the corporate real estate organization.

  • Ensures the on-going leadership, monitoring, and management of vendors performance in delivering excellent service and response.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Finance, Real Estate, or related field) and 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate real estate and office functions.

  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical, with problem-solving ability and capable of managing multiple projects and tasks.

  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of real estate, terminology, office operations and financial models.

  • Strong financial/analytical background with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple real estate-related projects with delivery of timely and quality results.

  • Ability to multi-task in a collaborative, fast paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization and management and ability to build broad external.
