We are currently looking to bring an experienced Loan Processor onto our team of top performers. The ideal candidate is someone both confident and self-driven. They must possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. They must also be willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the “wow” factor is provided to each of our clients, on every single transaction.
The Loan Processor will assist in day-to-day business practices and as such, each day will look a little different. Job responsibilities involve working on and managing:
- Originations (New Loans)
- Communications with loan officers, title companies, and legal
- Processing new files
- Closing Documents
- Verification of information
The ideal candidate MUST:
- Possess at least an Associate's Degree
- Have a minimum of two years experience as a loan processor
- Show strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines
- Be able to work both collaboratively and independently
- Possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Be proficient working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel experience a plus!)
- Be able to demonstrate mastery of basic bookkeeping skills
Job Type – Full Time & On Site
Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 annually (BOE) with access to plans for medical, dental, and vision benefits available.
