Mission of the Job – Work closely with the Chef and other cooks to create clean, delicious and properly presented food for the guests while striving to provide the best experience for all guests. Competencies: Education – Strive to learn something new about an ingredient or product offered to increase your personal knowledge so it can be passed along to coworkers and guests alike.

Coachability – You are willing to develop yourself to meet and exceed City Pharmacy standards while encouraging those around you to do the same.

Teamwork – You are a part of a team at City Pharmacy. Without you, the restaurant will not succeed. Without your teammates, City Pharmacy cannot succeed. Only together can we create the kind of atmosphere guests will want to return to.

Presentation – The presentation created by servers, food, drinks and cleanliness of the restaurant are all a part of the overall atmosphere. Never walk by trash or something that is dirty or out of place. Accept responsibility for anything not up to the CP standard, regardless of how the problem was created and correct the problem immediately.

Outcomes: • Follow all recipes for consistency that can be depended on. • Decrease waste through proper knife skills, utilization and rotation. • Discover, enroll and complete further education cooking course within first year. • Refer talented cooks you would like to work with to CP within first three months
