Caregiver, Personal Care Worker (PCW)/Caregiver Aide

Compensation: Competitive pay: $16- $18 per hour depending on experience

Caregiver Locations Needed: Fort Collins, Loveland, Johnstown, Greeley, and surrounding areas

What you will do:

The Caregiver / Personal Care Worker (PCW) position provides non-medical assistance for seniors in the place they feel most comfortable, their homes. As a Caregiver / Personal Care Worker you tend to the personal needs and comfort of clients by performing various personal care services in accordance with an established Plan of Care. Plan of Care’s are ability driven, person-centered, care plans.

Caregiver Essential Functions:

Must haves:

• Valid COVID-19 vaccine acquired before hire
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must provide three professional references
• Dependable vehicle with current, valid insurance/registration
• Valid driver's license
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to make good decisions in the care of clients
• Commitment to maintain all education and training requirements by the state
