As a Cashier, you will be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. You'll provide exceptional customer service and have our customer's needs in mind while creating a positive environment for our customers and associates (training provided).

Help both your customer and your store win.
  • Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience; includes answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department and/or person
  • Perform all Front-End store related responsibilities, including ringing up sales, processing returns, bagging items, processing "Buy Online and Pick Up Instore" orders and enrolling customers in company loyalty program
  • Connect with our customers and understand their needs to present solutions
  • Assist in resolving escalated issues with upset customers
  • Be flexible on responsibilities (i.e., merchandising, replenishment, store appearance and cleanliness, other duties as assigned)
Essential skills and experience:
  • Able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and/or weekends)
  • Must be able to engage and speak to customers
  • Collaborate and work with other team members
  • Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

  • Customer service or cashier experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, detail oriented, and highly observant
