RN LPN Nurse

This position involves providing foot care services to clients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and Senior Centers. Hours are very flexible. Training is provided, Self Schedule , no weekends or holidays.

PRN - Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - 10-15 hours a week self scheduled.

Service Area: Most clients are located in Cascade, but generally we service the Golden Triangle (Cascade, Pondera, Chouteau, Teton, Glacier, Toole Counties)

As an Addus/ A Plus Nurse, you will:

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes
• Complete Foot Care, Med Sets, Assessments, and Intakes
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Present educational in-service training
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current PN or RN licensure.
• New nurse welcome!
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
