Position Summary
As a Senior Executive Assistant at Integrity Marketing Group, you will be responsible for supporting multiple executives and their teams. You will work on everything from calendar management & scheduling to helping plan team events & offsites, to coordinating the best experience for guests coming to our office. We’re looking for a strategic partner who makes smart decisions on behalf of executives, not just someone who executes on orders.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of more experienced level administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project or business initiatives such as creating meeting agendas, tracking deliverables and pulling together meeting materials
Work with a high degree of independence and maintains absolute confidentiality on sensitive information
Manage calendars for multiple executives, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules including last-minute changes
Coordinate travel arrangements and create expense reports in a timely manner
Create presentations and documents using PowerPoint and other Microsoft office tools
Help plan and execute the logistics (conference rooms, catering, agendas, materials, etc.) for large meetings and special events to create a fun and team-oriented work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Associate’s degree with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
10+ Years of Administrative experience
At least 7 -10+ years of Microsoft Office and Calendar Management of multiple executives.
Strong written (Email) and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with a systematic approach to detail-oriented work
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to learn and implement new computer applications quickly and effectively
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Passion for delivering top-quality service
Ability to lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
Ability to work in office full-time
