We are looking to hire a Milling Groundmen for our Milling team in Phoenix, AZ.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, inspection, and maintenance of milling equipment, including but not limited to milling machines and related tools.
- Assist in the preparation of worksites for milling operations, which may include clearing debris, marking areas, and ensuring proper safety measures.
- Provide general support to the milling crew,checking depth, directing trucks oras directed by supervisors, including but not limited to assisting with equipment repairs, maintenance, and cleanup tasks.
- Collaborate with the milling team to ensure milling operations meet quality standards and specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines and regulations on the job site.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in construction or milling operations preferred.
- Commercial License
- Familiarity with milling equipment and tools, including set up, maintenance and operation.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
