Job DescriptionCompany Description
Looking for a full time candidate to treat family medicine adult patients. Must be able to work independently as we are a one MD facility. Daily tasks are listed below:
- Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical history
- Record symptoms
- Physically examine patients
- Make diagnoses
- Develop a treatment plan that may include medication and other therapies
- Provide patient education to promote habits that will prevent diseases and maintain good health
- Follow up on a patient to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatments
The mission of The Raisig Clinic and Wellness Center is to prevent and improve cardiovascular disease in our community by providing a safely monitored and individually designed healthcare program that is an extension of our clinic both by location and staff.
