Project Manager

Sieber Industrial Contractors, Inc. is a rapidly growing ASME-certified metal fabrication company that specializes in delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diverse aspects of projects, including quality control, ISO-9000 program implementation, material sourcing, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

   • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
   • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
   • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.

2. Quality Control:

   • Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards in compliance with ASME requirements.
   • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
   • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.

3. ISO-9000 Program Implementation:

   • Drive the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO-9000 quality management system.
   • Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and update quality procedures and documentation.
   • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO-9000 standards.

4. Material Sourcing:

   • Identify and evaluate suppliers for metal fabrication materials in accordance with ASME standards.
   • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
   • Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement.

5. Administrative Work:

   • Handle project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance.
   • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure effective communication within the team.
   • Oversee project-related administrative tasks to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Project Manager or in leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Bonus Qualifications (but not required):
  • Experience with CAD programs (SolidWorks)
  • Experience managing ISO-9000 quality management systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASME standards and quality control processes.
