**$500 Sign On Bonus**

This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging guest, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:**

* Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service.

* Will assist guests with cash, room and credit card transactions.

* Performs food-handling and services duties.

* Answers questions relating to all F&B products.

* Any other tasks that may be assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Cash-handling experience preferred

* Must be able to learn how to how to operate a cash register and cash handling processes

* Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries

* Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and comfort using cash register.

* Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal communication skills.

* Must have comprehensive menu knowledge.

* Must be able to clearly speak, write and understand the English language.

* Must be able to work in a high volume, high demand work environment
