Position Summary
Royal Oak is looking for a Packaging Technician D.This position is responsible for the operation of the machines required to package charcoal briquets. Packaging technicians are able to operate one of the following pieces of equipment; Scales, Bagger, Sewing Machine, Checkweigher, Bundler, Robot, Wrapper, and/or Trunkline.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
LOTO Certified within 14-days of position/hire
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Packaging technicians are able to operate one of the following pieces of equipment; Scales, Bagger, Sewing Machine, Checkweigher, Bundler, Robot, Wrapper, and/or Trunkline.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
LOTO Certified within 14-days of position/hire
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Able to operate equipment at standard run rates
- Able to identify critical elements on each machine
- Able to perform basic corrective actions
- Able to perform a change over w/ assistance
- Maintain a clean work area
- Identify quality issues
- May involve repetitive movements
- Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling as necessary
- Due to the open environment of the packaging area, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions
