With the largest conference space in Breckenridge, our Banquets department stays busy throughout the year. From the largest events, sprawling across our entire complex, to more intimate affairs for special occasions, we strive to offer the best venue and service for our guests.

What You'll Do:

The Banquets Server is the face of the operation and will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests. The server will assist in the setting up, taking down, and maintaining banquet spaces; serving food and beverages during events; and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience serving in a restaurant or events setting and excel in fast-paced, fluid work environments. Full- and part-time positions available. Seasonal, on-call, and year-long scheduling. Position open until filled.

Position starts at $13.65/hr + Gratuities

Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Serve food and beverages to guests

+ Clear dishes and maintain the space during events

+ Coordinate with Banquets Leads, management, and Conference Services staff to ensure smooth execution of events

+ Communicate with other events staff of any changes or concerns

+ Assist in setting up Banquets spaces including arranging tables and chairs, placing table settings, and decorating

+ Assist in the cleaning and resetting of banquets spaces

What You'll Bring:

+ 2+ years Front-of-House experience, ideally in a banquets/events setting - preferred

+ Ability to push, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs - required

+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time - required

+ Proficiency in written and spoken English - required
