This new position is an important part of Trystars plan to become the worlds foremost custom solution provider.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the Ohio Valley, US territory. This will be achieved by identifying and generating new opportunities, cultivating, and managing existing key accounts, and searching for new opportunities and markets. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for revenue growth and business development in his/her territory and assisting in driving the companys goals. This position is a key role in the success of Trystar and reports to the Director of Portable Power.
**As Trystars Ohio Valley Sales Manager Portable Power you will:**
* Execute companys sales strategies, goals, and objectives.
* Take ownership of the sales territory, develop new accounts, maintain, and develop existing accounts, develop new markets, and be the eyes and ears for the company. Provide and act on insights to market changes in the sales territory.
* Actively use the CRM system to build and manage a sales funnel to meet territory objectives.
* Collaborate with inside sales and customer care teams to ensure leads are properly assigned and conversion from opportunity to revenue is optimized.
* Attend all sales meetings, training seminars, assigned trade shows and company meetings when requested.
* Maintain accurate expense reports and timely submittal.
* Work well with the other members of the company and maintain a positive attitude that encourages a positive atmosphere for all employees of Trystar.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelors Degree
* Strong communication skills
* Good attention to detail while seeing the big picture / vision
* High level of personal initiative, energy, and ownership of business results
* Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment

* 2+ years of industry experience
