Mixing Ingredients to proper incorporation and development, using large Spiral Mixer, 30-qt Planetary Mixer, or manual (by hand) technique, depending on Bread Formula and Dough requirements

Folding Dough at proper intervals to incorporate inclusions and develop proper Gluten strength

Following proper shaping, proofing, and baking procedures for each of the Artisanal Breads produced at BAKERY by Frothy Monkey

Removing loaves from Deck and Rotating Rack Ovens after ensuring proper bake and placing on cooling racks

Assisting, when necessary, in slicing, packaging, and sorting all Breads for delivery to our Customers

Maintain a clean, organized workspace during the Production shift, and cleaning all equipment, benches, and floors in Bread Production Area at the end of each shift

Responsibilities include:

* Picking orders and ensuring invoice accuracy, driving each route in a timely manner, and checking in at locations.

* Being reliable, having a clean driving record, insurance, good communication skills, and a neat and professional appearance are all required. Must be able to lift + carry 50 + lbs.

* Company vehicles are provided, and maintaining those vehicles is part of the job. (car washes, oil changes, etc)

* Must be okay with early mornings! (3am 11am shifts)
