About The Role As a Regional Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within your designated territory. You will be the primary point of contact for customers in the region, making a real impact on the lives of those in need. Position Expectations Conduct O&P clinic visits to consistently meet or exceed product and sales growth targets. Cultivate trust and forge strong relationships with distributor representatives in your targeted areas. Champion, promote, and deeply understand our product lines to facilitate effective demonstrations, distributor training, and ongoing support. Be prepared to travel, with an average of up to 60% (as current COVID conditions allow). Essential Responsibilities Schedule and meet with prosthetic clinics to introduce our company and products, driving sales. Deliver engaging presentations to prosthetists, practice staff, technicians, and other key decision-makers, in both formal and informal settings. Represent our company at state, regional, and national trade shows. Qualifications To Excel In This Role, You Should Bring A high level of motivation, solid technical knowledge, and a proven track record of success. Minimum of 2+ years of O&P sales experience. A BA/BS degree is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered equally. Strong product presentation skills, with relevant experience and capabilities. A willingness to travel, including overnight, weekends, and potentially internationally. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. The ability to set and achieve your own goals, manage work activities, and maintain a flexible schedule.
