Reports to: Division Manager

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm

Hourly Rate: $16/hour

Purpose of Position

The Full Time Transfer Driver /Warehouse Associate will ensure quality, cleanliness and order of warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for offloading product from deliveries, operating a forklift, and rotating product as needed. This individual will help check salesman into the warehouse at the end of the day, counting inventory and restocking products onto the vehicles. They will spend a part of their time as well transferring trucks and products to our remote salesmen throughout central Iowa. They will also be responsible for the picking up of recycled cans from select redemption centers.

* Receiving product

* Cleanliness of Warehouse

* Cleanliness of Vehicles

* Loading product onto trucks

General Responsibilities

* Follow a daily tasks list

* Check in Sales Reps as they return

* Load and unload product and sales materials to and from designated storage areas, such as racks and shelves, or vehicles

* Manage daily inventory of product

* Transfer of product, materials and trucks to remote salesmen

* Communication to redemption centers for accurate pickup of recycled cans

* Perform general warehouse duties including cleaning and organization

* Operate a forklift after completing a training program

* Secure the building and all assets before leaving

Requirements Qualifications:

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and enthusiasm.

* Excellent organizational and self-management skills; self-starter

* Ability to work well within a team environment

* Aggressive and energetic yet personable and approachable demeanor

* Current driver's license with clean driving record

* Must be able to lift 25 pounds over your head

* Use specific vision abilities including: close vision, distance vision, depth perception and focus adjustment

* Work with or near moving mechanical parts, moderate to loud noise, outside weather conditions and/or extreme temperatures

* Must be able to work in a flexible and rapidly changing environment
